Overview
ISIS Project Implementation for ISIS EnterpriseZ™ Application Server and Market and Custom Applications are turnkey projects that are typically implemented in a matter of weeks and encompass requirements analysis through training. The project can be implemented behind the customer's firewall or hosted by ISIS. Hosting has the advantage of requiring no hardware or maintenance. As such, customers can choose to have (a) ISIS implement then transition to their operations, or (b) ISIS implement and ISIS operate with transition to the customer at any time in the future.
ISIS has a broad range of training courses coupled with its Training Assurance™ and Mentoring. These on-site shoulder-to-shoulder training programs provide practical experience and skills building. Further, customers can use ISIS services to accelerate expansions or supplement new staff through our Predictive Outsourcing that provides assistance to the customer's desired level.
On occasion there are the advanced projects such as market optimization or predictive simulations where ISIS is the best skilled resource and for these efforts we have our Predictive Consulting. We are also asked for simulations that correlate customer data and a variety of external economic indicators to find find their relative strength to volume drivers of the business, there relevancy and length of lead time. This analysis can materially affect forecasts and strategic decisions on pricing and resource deployment.
Post implementation ISIS provides full support and upgrades as part of an annual maintenance program.
Implementation Services
Implementation Services assures the rapid deployment of ISIS enterprise software and includes activities to define, configure, deliver and transition your Predictive Forecasting application. Training and Mentoring Services
Training Services offer a range of onsite instructor led and web based training classes for the use of the predictive application and skill building. Remember, ISIS is a decision-makers tool therefore knowledge of statistics or programming is not required. Learn More
Customer Support Services
Customer Support Services offers complete support for all ISIS Application and Market Servers and includes:
o Customer support help desk for reporting issues and receiving resolutions
o Regular releases of incremental improvements in ISIS software
o Regular releases of major versions of ISIS software
The Customer support desk accepts calls Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm Pacific Time (excluding holidays). Issues are typically assigned within two business hours and resolved within two business days. Support covers the time to verify, diagnose and correct reported issues with the software. Support does not include training, development of predictive models and data analysis or correction.
We set a goal to have a “minor” release every six months to include any program fixes and incremental feature/functionality. Over the past four years we have averaged minor releases about every four months largely about productivity and performance improvements.
Releases of major versions we set a goal of every two years. Over the past four years we have averaged a major release about every 18 months. Further these major releases have largely maintained a consistent user interface to assure ease of transition. Upgrades to major versions have not required any change to or preparation of the database. As such, major upgrades have historically been seamless.
